David Eldredge is the founder of Realty Solutions and a highly respected REALTOR® with more than 40 years of experience in residential real estate. His passion for helping individuals and families find the right home has shaped his career and guided the vision of Realty Solutions.

David bought his first two-family residence at just 19 years old. By age 25, he had grown his portfolio to over 100 apartments and was managing a full-time staff of 25. His hands-on experience in property ownership and management has given him a deep understanding of what homeowners and investors need to succeed.

In addition to his residential real estate background, David spent over a decade in the financial services industry, working with families and business owners to develop investment strategies focused on long-term stability, income, and growth.

He also founded two residential brokerage companies and a strategic real estate investment firm, further cementing his leadership in the residential market.

David studied engineering at Northeastern University and is committed to giving back. He has served as vice chairman of the Falmouth Economic Development and Industrial Corporation and as a director of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce.

He is married with five children and six grandchildren. Outside of work, David enjoys weight training, biking, and hiking.
